Job Title: Senior Consultant | BA - General Banking | Bengaluru | Customer Strategy & Design
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities (e.g., for Business, Customers and Stakeholders; internal control environment, etc.)
Business Analysis
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and future state processes.
- Document Business Requirements (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility assessments for new banking initiatives.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Design and review process flows, data flows, and banking operational workflows.
- Support system configuration, parameterization, and business rule definition.
- Own and manage the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment.
- Create and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, timelines, and risk logs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Operations, Compliance, QA) and external vendors.
- Track project progress, issue resolution, and change management.
- Prepare and publish weekly status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with organizational policies and regulatory expectations.
UAT Support
- Develop test scenarios and validate business requirements during SIT/UAT.
- Support users in UAT execution, manage defect triage, and ensure timely closure.
- Validate system behavior, reports, interfaces, and financial reconciliations.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, sprint planning, and review sessions.
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams and IT/technology teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
