         As a Manager in our CS&D Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

 

 

         Key skills required: 

 

  • Business Analysis

     

    • Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and future state processes.
    • Document Business Requirements (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility assessments for new banking initiatives.
    • Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into functional solutions.
    • Design and review process flows, data flows, and banking operational workflows.
    • Support system configuration, parameterization, and business rule definition.
    • Own and manage the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment.
    • Create and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, timelines, and risk logs.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Operations, Compliance, QA) and external vendors.
    • Track project progress, issue resolution, and change management.
    • Prepare and publish weekly status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
    • Ensure project delivery aligns with organizational policies and regulatory expectations.

     

    UAT Support

     

    • Develop test scenarios and validate business requirements during SIT/UAT.
    • Support users in UAT execution, manage defect triage, and ensure timely closure.
    • Validate system behavior, reports, interfaces, and financial reconciliations.

     

    Stakeholder Engagement

     

    • Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, sprint planning, and review sessions.
    • Act as the primary liaison between business teams and IT/technology teams.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle

     

    Level of Experience required:

     

    • 8-12 years

  • Base location: Bengaluru
  • Education: Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
  • This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
