Job Description

Role: Build Project Lead

Location : India & Germany

Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, prepare and manage system build activities with customer and internal teams 
2. Support all topics around Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) technologies to ensure a smooth move to the SAP HANA system landscape in the cloud 
3. Assist in implementing and migrating different solutions and technologies including the design, configuration and operation of the solution landscape with the newest technologies, products and innovations. 
4. Support the provisioning and upgrades of system landscapes in the RISE Cloud 
5. Interact with RISE Sales/Engagement and the ECS Technical experts 

1. Collaborate with different teams from within the ECS organization and outside to ensure excellent customer satisfaction; this may include interfacing with customers, Service Desk and Process Architects.

Qualifications

1. Hold a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field. 
2. Knowledge of industry standards and methodologies, including ITIL v3, CCoE, ITSM, TCO, E2E Operations / Run SAP, and ALM. 
3. Experience with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services and experience with cloud technologies, HANA, and hybrid landscapes, both technically and architecturally. 
4. Experience in Quality and customer success are important 
5. Excellent coordinator and communicator and have experience in managing projects and teams
