Your work profile

• As a Business Analyst (BA), you will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, development teams, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications. You will play a key role in Agile delivery by ensuring clarity of requirements and alignment between business needs and technical implementation.

Key skills required: 

• 3–9 years of overall experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, user story writing, and backlog management
• Experience working with stakeholders to define business and functional requirements
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Experience delivering Data Analytics projects is highly advantageous

Experience:

• 3-9 years

Languages:

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and basic understanding of scripting (optional: Python/Shell)

Technologies:

• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and requirement lifecycle management
• Ability to create dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
• Understanding of data concepts like ETL, data modeling, and data pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Base location: Bengaluru & Hybrid
