Your Work Profile:

Responsible for applying expertise to ensure effective execution, regulatory alignment, and delivery of business outcomes across stakeholders in Energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of programs, projects, or operational workstreams
• Act as SME for regulatory, compliance, or Power/ Energy sector specific requirements
• Interpret and translate regulatory or policy requirements into execution plans
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, governance, and compliance standards
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions as Project Manager of PMUs
• Provide clear reporting and insights to senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and controls
• Coach and guide teams on domain and compliance best practices

SME / Domain Expertise - Power/ Energy Sector

• Regulatory and compliance frameworks (internal/external)
• Policy interpretation, gap analysis, and implementation
• Governance, documentation, and reporting standards
• Process standardization and optimization

Required Experience & Skills

• 12–15 years of experience in delivery, operations, or program roles
• Proven exposure in regulatory, compliance, or controlled environments
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on execution
• Experience working with Govt. departments, Power utilities and large, matrixed organizations
• Structured problem‑solving and decision‑making skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Master’s degree such as MBA (Finance, Operations, or Power Management) or MTech is essential
