Software Integration and Change Management Coordinator: End User Services – Application Integration & Governance

•           Consultant specialized in Change Management, managing the lifecycle of all changes, process improvement and enabling changes to be made with minimum disruption to IT services

•           Strong ability to identify and develop change strategies and monitor efficacy of changes, with training in organizational change management approaches

•           Solid understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and Windows Operating systems

•           Attend Change Approval Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB approval meetings

•           Understand application packaging processes covering AppV, Numecent and MSI's

•           Technical experience with GITLAB, SDLC, SharePoint and PowerBI reporting

•           Define and measure change metrics (KPI) and monitor change progress

•           Consult and coach project/operational teams


•           Suggest process improvements for smooth deployment of changes by focusing on minimizing risks, reducing effort and costs

•           Inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs

•           Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• ability to deliver under pressure whilst maintaining quality, skilled in technical troubleshooting over a range of disciplines
