As a Senior Consultant  in our CS&D Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectationsSenior Consultants, responsible for customer relationship management, projects delivery, mentoring other consultants and associates, high quality output in communication and all deliverables. Role Summary

The Senior Consultant – Banking Enterprise Architecture leads solution architecture workstreams within large banking transformation programs. The role ensures that business requirements, technical platforms, and delivery execution are consistently aligned. This position requires strong banking domain knowledge, hands-on solution design experience, and the ability to coordinate across multiple technology and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

·      Own solution architecture for defined banking domains such as core banking, lending, digital, or payments

·      Lead integration architecture, defining APIs, data flows, and interaction models between core banking and external systems

·      Guide development teams by reviewing technical designs, sequence flows, and integration specifications

·      Participate in architecture governance processes and support design reviews

·      Contribute to pre-sales, including solution storylines, architecture slides, and client presentations

·      Collaborate with business, engineering, QA, and vendor teams to ensure end-to-end design alignment

 

Qualifications & Skills

Experience

·      5–8 years of experience in banking technology, solution architecture, or consulting roles

·      Strong exposure to core banking implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs

Technical Skills

·      Solid understanding of banking platforms, integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and data architecture concepts

·      Ability to create architecture artifacts such as HLDs, interface designs, and component models

·      Familiarity with digital banking systems, payments platforms, and middleware technologies

Professional Skills

·      Ability to mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts

·      Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

·      Structured problem-solving skills with the capacity to work in cross-functional environments
