Your work profile:

As a Consultant/Sr. Consultant in the Strategy Office Team within Technology & Transformation practice of Deloitte India, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s technology vision and growth trajectory.

About the Role:

• Technology & Market Intelligence/Market Research : Develop a deep understanding of enterprise technologies, architectures, and systems (e.g., cloud, ERP, CRM, AI). Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, including Agentic AI, Generative AI, and other frontier innovations. Analyze how these developments impact enterprises and identify strategic implications.
• Opportunity Identification & Strategic Analysis : Conduct whitespace analysis, competitive benchmarking, and market research to uncover growth opportunities in the technology space. Evaluate potential areas for investment, innovation, or differentiation.
• Strategic Frameworks & Leadership Communication : Apply management consulting frameworks to structure firm-level strategies. Synthesize insights into compelling narratives and deliver high-impact presentations for senior leadership.
• Create a governance model: Establish governance to define roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes for strategic initiatives. Ensure transparency and enable informed adjustments through regular progress tracking.

Key Skills Required:

• Ability to deal with ambiguity - effectively cope with change, shift gears comfortably, decide and act without having the total picture, and handle risk and uncertainty.
• Should be a self-starter and problem solver, able to work independently without direct supervision. 
• Should be comfortable in working on a 'Sphere of influence' mode bringing together leaders at various levels towards a common purpose
• Ability to connect the dots across various initiatives to understand dependencies and bring together the required stakeholders and reduce duplication
• Strong articulation and communication skills to lead and drive strategic initiatives within the Organization. Good at articulating and conveying the same through effective presentations
• Proven consulting experience delivering business outcomes is a MUST HAVE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field, MBA from tier 1,2 colleges
• 2-8 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, product teams
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
