Job Title:  Senior Consultant | DMS - OEM Platforms | Bengaluru | Supply Chain & Network Operations

Job Summary:

Responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integration between Siemens Teamcenter (PLM) and ERP systems like SAP ERP, ensuring seamless flow of product, BOM, and change data across engineering and enterprise systems.

Job Responsibilities:

·      Design and maintain integration between Siemens Teamcenter and ERP systems like SAP ERP

·      Ensure seamless synchronization of Item Master, BOM, and Change data across systems

·      Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to gather and implement requirements

·      Monitor integration processes and resolve data or system issues

·      Support system upgrades, deployments, and production incidents

·      Define and maintain data mapping, validation, and business rules

·      Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and traceability between PLM and ERP

·      Provide technical support and continuous improvement for integration processes

Requirements:

·      Knowledge of BOM (EBOM–MBOM), Item Master, and Change Management (ECO/ECN

·      Good understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) and ERP business processes

·      Strong knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, and data transformation techniques

·      Basic programming skills (Java / C / C++ / Python)

·      Experience in data migration, validation, and reconciliation

·      Understanding of Teamcenter customization (BMIDE, ITK, SOA)

·      Familiarity with deployment, upgrades, and production support environments

·      Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

·      Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Qualification: B.E., B. Tech, M.E or M. Tech from reputed university.

Experience level: 3-8 years of relevant experience
