Your work profile

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Accounting Professional with strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance, and tax management. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in US GAAP, IFRS, statutory reporting, reconciliations, and ERP/reporting tools while supporting business finance operations and regulatory compliance. 

Key skills required

• Manage end-to-end period close activities and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Perform balance sheet analysis, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Handle statutory reporting and support external financial reporting requirements.
• Maintain and monitor General Ledger activities and intercompany accounting transactions.
• Manage fixed asset accounting and insurance accounting processes.
• Ensure SOX compliance and coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Prepare and file GST returns, income tax documentation, and oversee TDS administration.
• Support tax compliance activities and maintain statutory records.
• Assist in loan approval processes and credit risk management activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting controls and reporting accuracy.
• Generate management reports using Hyperion Reporting and Workiva Reporting tools.
• Utilize Oracle (E1) and Salesforce (SFDC) systems for financial operations and reporting.
• Prepare presentations and analytical reports using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• CA / CMA / CPA qualification preferred.
• Experience in insurance accounting or multinational reporting environments is an advantage.
