Job Title:  Senior Consultant | Full stack - React + Node / NestJS | Bengaluru | Engineering

Key Responsibilities

5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in full stack development and automation.

Proficiency in Node.js for backend development and RESTful API design.

Proficiency in front-end JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, or equivalent).

Strong expertise in microservices architecture and event-driven design patterns.

Strong knowledge of cloud computing ? AWS or Azure ? including serverless and PaaS services.

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB).

Familiarity with event-driven architectures: Kafka, SNS/SQS, RabbitMQ.

Exposure to ITSM automation within ServiceNow and Jira.

Add-On Advantage: Agentic AI

Candidates who bring experience in one or more of the following areas will stand out as strong fits for emerging AI-powered initiatives within the TEA team:

Designing and deploying multi-agent AI workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.

Integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude) into enterprise applications via API orchestration and prompt engineering.

Building AI agents capable of autonomous task execution, tool use, memory management, and human-in-the-loop escalation.

Implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) for contextual AI responses.

Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool-integration standards for extending AI capabilities.
