Senior Consultant – CLM Testing (2 positions)

Role Summary

Senior Consultants will lead functional and automation testing for CLM platforms, mentor consultants, and act as module-level QA owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Own testing for specific CLM modules / workstreams
• Create:
• Test strategy inputs
• Test plans
• Test scenarios & cases
• Traceability matrices
• Perform functional, integration, UAT, and regression testing
• Validate:
• Contract creation flows
• Clause management
• Approval workflows
• Obligations tracking
• Renewal & amendments
• Integrations with ERP/CRM/eSignature
• Lead defect triage and root cause analysis
• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and product owners
• Drive test automation for assigned modules
• Review test artifacts created by Consultants
• Support client workshops and requirement reviews

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years in software testing
• 2+ years experience in CLM testing (any major platform)
• Strong domain understanding of contract management lifecycle
• Experience in:
• API testing (Postman/RestAssured)
• SQL basics
• Test management tools (JIRA + plugins)
• Automation experience preferred
• Client-facing experience
• Strong documentation and communication skills
