Oracle Fusion

Skills Required

• Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Order Management and Subscription Management modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
• Design and optimize order management workflows, order orchestration, fulfillment, and billing processes.
• Configure subscription management capabilities including subscription plans, billing cycles, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.
• Support integration between Oracle Fusion modules and third-party systems (CRM, billing systems, payment gateways).
• Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order processing and subscription lifecycle.
• Stay updated with Oracle Fusion updates, new features, and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing and subscription management.
• Participate in testing activities including unit testing, UAT, and regression testing.

Your role

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (6+ years) in Oracle Fusion Order Management and Subscription Management implementation/support.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash process and subscription billing lifecycle.
• Understanding of Product Information Management and Pricing Administrator within Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications architecture and modules.
• Ability to configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management and Subscription Management.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and reporting tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Oracle Fusion certifications in relevant areas are preferred.
