Your work profile

·       Lead functional discovery and workshops for oil and gas domain

·       Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria.

·       Analyze current state processes and identify improvement opportunities applicable to the future tobe  model.

·       Partner with architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts and dependencies.

·       Support UAT planning and execution, including clarifying test scenarios, expected outcomes, and sign-off criteria.

·       Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

·       Support readiness of business SMEs.

Key skills required

·       8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Oil and Gas industry.

·       Demonstrated experience leading requirements elicitation and specification for complex functional areas.

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·       Strong collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.

·      Exposure to testing lifecycle and UAT execution preferred.

·      Proven experience in:

• Product Management / Product Ownership
• Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies
• Stakeholder and vendor management
• Relevant certifications: CSPO, CCBA, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent.
• Experience working in a global delivery model with multicultural teams.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ALM, Microsoft Office Suite, and Figma.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Notice Period:

• Immediate joiners /LWD in May 2026 or those with up to 30 days' notice preferred.
