Your work profile
- Procurement Negotiations: Lead negotiations for price, commercial terms, liabilities, penalties, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable outcomes.
- Contract Management: Manage the end-to-end contract process, including renewals, terminations, amendments, and tracking key milestones, utilizing CLM software.
- Risk Mitigation: Analyze contract terms for hidden risks, identifying commercial liabilities, and developing mitigation strategies
- Supplier Relations & Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual matters, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers while ensuring compliance with contract agreements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal, finance, and procurement teams to align contract terms with organizational goals and financial requirements.
Key skills required
- Experience: 3–5+ years of direct experience in procurement, contract management.
- Contractual Expertise: Deep knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents.
- Education: UG and above
