  Finance Process Redesign (O2C, P2P, Taxation): Mapped existing processes and led redesign of finance processes for Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles, integrating intelligent capabilities and advanced technology interventions with ERP to create a digitally enabled process architecture — achieving ~40% improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and agility in financial operations.

  SCC Design & Manpower Optimisation: Designed a Shared Service Centre from the ground up — conducted comprehensive as-is process assessment, effort mapping and candidacy analysis, process re-engineering based on industry best practices, and transition of employees — resulting in ~27% optimisation of manpower efficiency.

  Shared Service Centre Design & Implementation: Designed and implemented an in-house SSC for a leading FMCG manufacturer, saving ₹50 crore over 3 years through target operating model design, business case development, location assessment, and streamlined process standardisation.
