Your work profile
Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines using Spark, Scala, Hive, and SQL on GCP, build data warehouse solutions, optimize Big Data workloads, implement CI/CD pipelines, and support analytics and reporting through Power BI
Key Required skills
Strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Apache Spark, Scala, Hive, and SQL with expertise in designing and developing scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines, data warehousing, and data integration solutions. Hands-on experience in Big Data processing, performance tuning, and optimization of Spark and Hive workloads. Proficiency in working with RDBMS, cloud-based data platforms, and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and Git. Knowledge of Power BI, data quality management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and enterprise-scale data engineering best practices is highly preferred
Success Metrics
- Success in this role will be measured by the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable data solutions on GCP, develop and maintain efficient ETL/ELT pipelines, optimize Spark and Hive workloads for performance, ensure data accuracy and integrity across enterprise platforms, achieve seamless CI/CD deployment automation, support business reporting requirements through Power BI, and consistently meet project timelines while maintaining operational stability and stakeholder satisfaction
