Your Work Profile

As a Generative AI Engineer (Consultant / Senior Consultant), you will design, build, and deploy scalable GenAI systems and work hands-on across the entire AI lifecycle—from experimentation to production.


Key Expectations

  • Experience: 5–10 years in AI/ML engineering
  • Location: Pan India (Hybrid / On-site based on project needs)
  • Strong focus on hands-on development (70–80% coding)
  • Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI system design
  • Experience in productionizing AI systems at scale

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end Generative AI systems using LLMs
  • Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines (chunking, embeddings, indexing, retrieval tuning)
  • Develop LLM-powered applications and APIs using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
  • Implement advanced prompt engineering and prompt optimization strategies
  • Build and manage vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
  • Develop AI agents and tool-augmented systems for task automation
  • Integrate external tools/APIs, OCR pipelines, and document processing workflows
  • Implement evaluation frameworks (e.g., RAGAS, human-in-the-loop evaluation, benchmarking)
  • Optimize systems for latency, cost, scalability, and reliability
  • Deploy AI solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with CI/CD and MLOps practices
  • Ensure security, governance, and responsible AI practices

Required Expertise

  • Strong hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks
  • Proven experience building production-grade GenAI applications
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Transformer architectures & LLMs
    • RAG architectures and retrieval strategies
    • Embeddings and semantic search
    • Prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques
  • Experience with:
    • Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
    • LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
    • Open-source and commercial LLMs
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • API development and microservices
    • Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures
    • CI/CD pipelines and MLOps tools
  • Experience in performance optimization and system scaling

Good to Have

  • Experience with multi-agent systems / agentic AI frameworks
  • Knowledge of fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT) and model optimization
  • Exposure to multimodal AI (vision + text)
  • Experience with real-time AI applications and streaming pipelines
  • Contributions to open-source or GitHub AI projects

Education

  • BE / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
