We focus on delivering scalable AI solutions across the enterprise, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, intelligent automation, cloud-native AI platforms, and responsible AI frameworks. 

 

Your Work Profile 

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI solutions across business transformation programs. 

  • Own estimation and delivery planning for GenAI initiatives and maintain visibility through Jira and Agile processes. 

  • Define and implement enterprise-scale LLM and AI Agent architectures. 

  • Drive adoption of Generative AI capabilities within data transformation and business process modernization programs. 

 

Key Skills Required 

  • Extensive experience in implementing Generative AI and LLM solutions in production environments. 

  • Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI Agents, and LLM fine-tuning. 

  • Hands-on experience with Databricks, Python, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI. 

  • Strong understanding of MLOps, LLMOps, model monitoring, governance, and responsible AI practices. 

  • Experience in designing scalable AI architectures and integrating GenAI solutions with enterprise applications. 

 

Experience 

  • 8–15 years of overall experience. 

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models. 

 

Languages 

  • Strong Python development skills. 

  • Experience with SQL and API-based integrations. 

 

Role Overview 

The GenAI Manager plays a strategic and technical leadership role in driving enterprise Generative AI adoption. The role is responsible for defining AI transformation roadmaps, implementing LLM-powered solutions, establishing governance frameworks, and ensuring successful deployment of AI products at scale. The GenAI Manager works closely with business leaders and technology teams to accelerate innovation while maintaining compliance, security, and operational excellence. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Generative AI programs and transformation initiatives. 

  • Define GenAI architecture, technology standards, and implementation best practices. 

  • Evaluate, select, and implement LLMs, foundation models, and AI agent frameworks. 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics. 

  • 3+ years of experience implementing Generative AI and LLM-based solutions in production. 

  • Strong expertise in Databricks, Python, Vector Databases, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and AI Agent frameworks. 

  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or similar platforms. 

  • Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI, model evaluation, and risk management. 

  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
