Your work profile

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Manager/ Architect with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow HRSD solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HRSD, understanding of HRSD CoEs , automation with enterprise HRIS systems and HR business processes .

 

  • Build and manage ServiceNow HRSD workflows , HRSD CoEs , TA Onboarding, Employee Experience Lifecycle events, Offboarding, Alumni workflows, Rewards & Recognition workflows, Position Management, Payroll queries management , Leave management etc
  • Integration with one or more HRIS and HRSM systems like Workday , Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors
  • Integration with Learning & Development systems,
  • Integration with enterprise IT systems – AD, SSO, enterprise HR portal , Leave management, Payroll systems etc .
  • Manage ServiceNow HRSD related demand request, resolve issues, manage HRSD Incident Management, perform HRSD related Problem assessment, perform code change release through client structured Change Management process,
  • Support HRSD related Custom Applications , Service Catalogues , Lifecycle events
  • Configure ServiceNow HRSD Advance work assignment, HRSD Now Assist GenAI solutions for HR Shared services operations
  • Configuring HR Notifications, SLAs, Employee Portal ( EC Pro) , HR FAQs using Knowledge Management
  • Build HRSD dashboards using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting
  • Build Advance workflows, GenAi, Agentic workflow solutions , NowAssist, VA chat implementation

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

·      Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements related to HR Service Delivery ( HRSD) involving Candidate Experience, Employee Experience, Tallent Acquisition, Onboarding

·      Configure, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD capabilities through Emplyee lifecycle, employee experience themes

·      Module Configuration: Implement and customize HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, Employee Center/Portal, and Lifecycle Events (Onboarding/Offboarding).

·      Development & Integration: Design and develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies. Integrate HRSD with external systems (e.g., HRIS like Workday) using Integration Hub.

·      Process Automation: Automate employee requests and HR tasks to increase efficiency.

·      System Maintenance: Provide operational support, perform upgrades, and debug issues within HR-scoped applications.

·      User Experience (UX): Improve the employee experience through intuitive service portals, forms, and mobile interfaces.

·      Tune and optimize HRSD to improve performance, scalability, and accuracy

·      Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting

·      Resolve MID Server and integration problems

·      Assist in ServiceNow upgrades, update set migrations, testing, and production deployments

·      Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational runbooks

·      Ensure implementations align with ServiceNow best practices, hybrid Agile development, governance models, and ITIL standards

Key skills required

·      Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

·      4 to 6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD.

·      Good to have capability on other ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM experience

·      Strong expertise in: HRSD

·      Strong experience in HRSD Integration with Enterpeise systems, HR IT Systems and HR BP processes

·      Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform fundamentals (JavaScript, Glide API, CSS, HTML).

·      HRSD Expertise: Experience with HR Case Management, Knowledge Base, and Employee Relations modules.

·      Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with AD, SSO.

·      Hands on experience in integration using OAuth and latest authentication methods for integration

·      Strong understanding of MID Server architecture and troubleshooting

·      Experience with Flow Designer, workflow editor and automation

·      Solid understanding of ITIL processes, especially Event, Incident, and Change Management

·      Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

·      Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

·      Experience working with global, cross-functional operations teams

Preferred Skills:

·      ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

·      ServiceNow CIS HR certification (preferred)

·      ServiceNow GenAI and micro certification (preferred)

 

Experience with:

·      HRSD

·      Flow Designer

·      MID Server, Integrations
