Your work profile
As a Senior Consultant in our HR Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
- Support the delivery of HR transformation projects, including process design, employee experience, and HR technology implementation.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform client recommendations and create high-quality work products.
- Take ownership of specific workstreams, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Work closely with managers to identify risks, manage timelines, and keep project progress on track.
- Contribute to internal initiatives, proposals, and knowledge-building within the team.
- Actively build expertise in HR domains and consulting skills through hands-on project experience
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work.
- Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.
- Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.
- Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses and daily interaction with clients.
- Lead the execution of the day-to-day plan set forth by the Deloitte Human Capital team lead.
- Provide insights to strategy and support development of solutions.
- Ensure all program management tasks are completed, including the management of risks and issues and milestone delivery.
Desired qualifications/ certification
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Bachelor's / Post Graduation Diploma / Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Mathematics, Hard Science or other relevant field.
- 5-8 years’ of relevant experience across consulting (leading management consulting firms) and/or industry roles.
Key skills required:
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
- Demonstrate ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools.
- Understands basic HR transformation concepts and ideally working experience supporting numerous HR life cycle events.
- Abreast with key HR trends and real-time application of these trends across HR processes.
- Experience in building functional requirements.
- Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work pressure.
- Ability to formulate design thinking structured methodology
