Job Title:  Senior Consultant | HRT-Advisory | Bengaluru | HR Transformation

Support the delivery of HR transformation projects, including process design, employee experience, and HR technology implementation.

•

Conduct research and analysis to inform client recommendations and create high-quality work products.

•

Take ownership of specific workstreams, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

•

Work closely with managers to identify risks, manage timelines, and keep project progress on track.

•

Contribute to internal initiatives, proposals, and knowledge-building within the team.

•

Actively build expertise in HR domains and consulting skills through hands-on project experience

•

Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work.

•

Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.

•

Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.

•

Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses and daily interaction with clients.

•

Lead the execution of the day-to-day plan set forth by the Deloitte Human Capital team lead.

•

Provide insights to strategy and support development of solutions.

•

Ensure all program management tasks are completed, including the management of risks and issues and milestone delivery.
