Key Responsibilities

• Provide SME-level support and technical leadership for MongoDB, Cosmos DB and DynamoDB across multi-cloud platforms, ensuring effective management, performance, availability and optimization of NoSQL database services.
• Design and optimize scalable, highly available NoSQL database solutions.
• Perform data modelling, partitioning/sharding and performance tuning.
• Manage replication, high availability, backup, recovery and disaster recovery.
• Support database migrations, upgrades and cloud modernization initiatives.
• Monitor database health, performance, capacity and availability.
• Troubleshoot complex production incidents and performance issues.
• Implement database security, authentication, authorization and encryption.
• Work with application and cloud teams on database architecture and optimization.
• Develop automation for provisioning, configuration and operational activities.
• Drive capacity planning and cloud cost optimization.
• Define operational standards, SOPs and best practices for NoSQL database management.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to DBA/Cloud Operations teams.
