Your work profile
The primary role of the Senior Consultant is to support the IT & Data workstream in post-merger integration and large-scale tech transformation programs, with a focus on digital transformation, data management and migration, including business-aligned data model design. The role will involve working closely with business stakeholders, Process SMEs and IT teams to ensure that data structures, migration activities, and governance processes are aligned with business requirements during ERP implementations, system integrations, or carve-outs.
The primary responsibilities of current role may include:
- Business Analysis & Techno-Functional Requirement Management
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements and translate them into clear user stories and functional specifications for development teams.
- Analyze data lineage and datasets and perform basic SQL-based data analysis to validate data logic and support requirement definition.
- Work closely with technical and development teams during implementation to clarify requirements, address functional queries, and ensure alignment with business and project objectives.
- Support data migration activities as part of digital transformation programs including ERP implementations, system integrations, or carve-outs.
- Coordinate data cleansing and remediation activities with business stakeholders across functional domains (e.g., Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain).
- Assist in data profiling, mapping, and validation to ensure data readiness for migration cycles.
- Monitor data quality issues, identify inconsistencies, and drive remediation with business teams.
- Facilitate alignment between business requirements and IT data structures.
- Support business teams in defining master data structures, hierarchies, and governance requirements.
- Assist in translating business requirements into data models and technical specifications for IT teams.
- Ensure consistency of data definitions and standards across systems.
- Support execution of IT & data-related activities during integration and transformation programs.
- Track progress of data migration milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Coordinate with business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure timely resolution of data issues.
- Assist in preparation of project updates, status reports, and deliverables for program leadership.
- Drive the development and presentation of final project deliverables
Key skills required:
- A strong and demonstrated interest in IT business analyst role / consulting experience with 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in tier 1 IT firm
- Prior experience in driving client engagements and programs. Experience in dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis and managing client interactions independently.
- Excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate coursework.
- Strong advanced excel skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently.
- This role involves travel.

- It will be an year fixed term contract on payrol of Deloitte and then on basis of performance can do further evaluation on conversion or contract extension .
