Your work profile

·       Design, develop, and enhance IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

·       Configure and customize core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.

·       Develop workflows, Flow Designer automations, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and UI Actions to streamline service management processes.

·       Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

·       Develop and maintain integrations with third-party enterprise tools using REST APIs, SOAP web services, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

·       Support CMDB and service mapping initiatives by ensuring accurate CI relationships and alignment with ITIL / CSDM standards.

·       Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement defect fixes and platform enhancements.

·       Support UAT planning and execution by validating test scenarios, expected outcomes, and deployment readiness.

Key skills required

·       5-6 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM).

·       Strong expertise in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request, and Service Catalog.

·       Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Service Portal.

·       Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.

·       Experience working with REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

·       Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management lifecycle.

·       Experience with CMDB, CSDM, and CI relationship management.

·       Exposure to ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and SLA management.

·       Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

·       Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.

·       Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and production releases.

·       Preferred certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM.
