Skill Sets / Eligibility Criteria:
· 8+ years of professional IT experience in development, programming, or coding.
· Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) toolset (preferably Version 10.x).
· Proven track record of minimum 3-4 successful implementations of Data Quality and MDM solutions using Informatica IDQ
· Hands-on experience in data migration projects, preferably involving SAP to Informatica MDM migrations (highly desirable).
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (preferably Azure Data Engineering/Data bricks).
- Strong knowledge on PL/SQL and Data Modeling is must.
- Familiarity with basic Linux/Unix commands.
- Excellent understanding of the Informatica platform and integration among its various components and services.
- Solid grasp of Data management, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, and Governance principles.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design and develop data quality rules, processes, and frameworks using IDQ, while creating and managing ETL workflows to ensure accurate data transformation and loading. This role involves implementing robust data validation and transformation processes within the ETL pipeline, as well as optimizing SQL stored procedures and configuring pre- and post-SQL queries for seamless data integration. Proficiency in Java for custom transformations is essential.
The candidate will utilize IDQ web services to trigger MDM batch groups and implement complex delta detection logic. They will manage production defects and ensure SLA compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define data quality metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop data quality rules, processes, and frameworks using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
· Data Profiling and determining source data and metadata characteristics.
· Performing root cause analysis, data cleansing and developing scorecards utilizing Informatica and other data quality tools
· Designing and delivering a complete Data Quality Audit/Assessment
· Analyzing and providing data metrics to management to help prioritize areas for data quality improvement.
- Create and manage ETL workflows using IDQ to ensure data is accurately transformed and loaded.
- Implement data validation, and transformation processes as part of the ETL pipeline.
- Design and implement IDQ workflows using parameters and variables to enable dynamic data processing and reusable configurations.
- Develop and optimize SQL stored procedures and configure Pre-SQL and Post-SQL queries within Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) workflows to ensure seamless data processing and integration.
- Utilize Java for custom transformations and data processing where necessary.
- Optimize existing IDQ workflows, transformations, and throughputs from source systems, while ensuring flexibility to incorporate new requirements into existing configurations.
· Optimize IDQ performance by collaborating with platform teams, including SQL Admin, Cloud, Linux, and Citrix.
· Utilize IDQ web services to trigger MDM batch groups, ensuring efficient and timely processing of data for enhanced data governance and quality.
· Implement complex delta detection logic within IDQ workflows to identify and manage incremental data changes, optimizing data processing and maintaining up-to-date master records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, enhancing existing data quality and ETL solutions.
- Must have flexibility to work on both Production support and Development activities (DevOps Role)
- Manage production defects by troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly, ensuring adherence to SLAs for critical incidents and maintaining system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define data quality metrics.
- Accountable for Product upgrade, Code sync and housekeeping activity.
· Ensuring timely & exhaustive documentation of all mappings, mapplets, and data quality rules for the client.
· Good at writing test scenarios, performing unit testing, and verifying the end results with business requirements.
- Stay updated on best practices and industry trends in data quality management, ETL processes, and programming.
