Job Title:  Senior Consultant | Java Backend | Bengaluru | Engineering | Platform Development & Integration

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead / Senior Technical Lead with 12+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade Java applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java 11/17, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, Docker, GraphQL, REST APIs, Cassandra, MongoDB, and distributed systems. The candidate will lead engineering teams, drive technical architecture, mentor developers, and deliver scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor engineering teams of 6–12 developers.
  • Drive end-to-end software delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  • Architect cloud-native applications deployed on Kubernetes.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
  • Design and implement distributed systems with high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
  • Build secure applications using OAuth2, JWT, API Gateway, and enterprise security standards.
  • Develop event-driven and asynchronous applications using JMS/ActiveMQ.
  • Optimize database performance for Cassandra, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and AWS RDS.
  • Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments through Kubernetes.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
  • Perform code reviews, technical design reviews, and production issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with architects, DevOps, QA, and Product Owners for successful project delivery.
  • Monitor production systems using Datadog and SonarQube.
  • Participate in release planning, sprint planning, estimation, and technical roadmap discussions.
  • Drive modernization initiatives including migration from monolithic applications to Microservices.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security compliance, and performance best practices.
