Senior Consultant

Lead – Full Stack Architect

Location: Pan India

Experience Level: 5–9 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end full stack solutions across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Define technology standards, development best practices, and architectural guidelines for full stack development teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and development teams to translate requirements into robust technical architectures.
• Oversee development using SAP UI5/Fiori, SAP BTP services, Node.js, Java, and other relevant technologies.
• Drive integration strategies with SAP backend systems (S/4HANA, ECC, BTP) and third-party APIs.
• Mentor developers and lead code reviews, ensuring quality, maintainability, and adherence to architectural principles.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and delivery management to ensure timely project execution.
• Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to continuously improve the full stack development process.
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Required Skills:

• 5–9 years of experience in full stack development and architecture, preferably within SAP ecosystems.
• Strong expertise in SAP UI5/Fiori, JavaScript, Node.js, Java, and SAP BTP services.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating with SAP backend systems.
• Proficient with front-end frameworks, responsive design, and UX best practices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and DevOps practices.
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading development teams and driving architectural decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Relevant certifications in SAP UI5/Fiori or full stack technologies are a plus.
