Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 5–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, modern frontend frameworks, and cloud-based application development. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
  • Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
  • Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular or React.
  • Develop microservices-based applications following industry best practices.
  • Integrate applications with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality software.
  • Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture reviews.
  • Implement unit, integration, and automated tests.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and Agile methodologies.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

Backend

  • Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Framework.
  • Experience with Spring Data JPA and Hibernate.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful Web Services and API development.
  • Experience in developing Microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of Spring Security and OAuth2/JWT authentication.
  • Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Frontend

  • Strong hands-on experience with Angular (preferred) or React.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
  • Experience with responsive web design and frontend optimization.
  • Knowledge of state management and component-based architecture.

Database

  • Strong SQL skills with databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
  • Knowledge of database design, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Cloud & DevOps

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Proficiency with Git version control.

Testing

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Apache Kafka or other event-driven architectures.
  • Knowledge of Redis or other caching technologies.
  • Experience with GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
  • Experience with SonarQube and code quality tools.
  • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
