Your work profile

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs for scalable enterprise applications.
• Develop cloud-native and distributed systems following microservices architecture.
• Implement secure, performant, and resilient services.
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
• Integrate messaging solutions like Kafka.
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Write unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure code quality.
• Monitor application health using logging and monitoring tools.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and reliability best practices.

• Oversee testing and debugging efforts across the application stack; design and implement fixes for identified defects.
• Research and diagnose complex software issues; recommend and drive adjustments to resolve root causes.
• Champion best practices for testing, CI/CD, and overall code quality across the engineering team.
• Conduct code reviews and design reviews, ensuring adherence to technical and architectural standards.
• Maintain hands-on, end-to-end understanding of the CI/CD deployment process not owning the pipeline, but able to reason about it, troubleshoot within it, and guide the team through it.

Required Skills

•    Frontend: Vue.js, TypeScript, HTML

•    Backend: Java, Spring Boot

•    CI/CD: Working knowledge of CI/CD tooling and end-to-end deployment workflows (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions)

•    Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills

•    Demonstrated experience mentoring or technically leading engineers.

Nice to Have

•    Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

•    Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
