Job Title:  Senior Consultant | Microsoft Power Platforms | Bengaluru | Emerging ERP Solutions

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Architect to design, govern, and lead end-to-end enterprise solutions on Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, along with strong solution architecture, integration, security, and governance skills.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Define solution blueprints, technical architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
• Evaluate business requirements and convert them into detailed technical designs.
• Apply ALM best practices, solution layering, environment strategy, and deployment pipelines.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance to developers and functional consultants.
• Review solution components for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical assessments, and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives.
• Advocate design standards, reusable components, and best practices.

Integration & Data

• Design integrations between Power Platform and external systems (Azure, APIs, SQL, SAP, Dynamics 365, etc.).
• Architect data solutions using Dataverse, Azure Data Lake, Synapse, or SQL.
• Ensure data governance, lineage, and lifecycle management.

Security & Governance

• Establish platform governance including DLP policies, environment strategy, access control, and auditing.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, compliance, and privacy standards.
• Implement role-based security and identity management (Azure AD integration).

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with business, IT, and leadership teams to define solution roadmap and technical vision.
• Conduct workshops, requirement sessions, and architecture walkthroughs.
• Communicate complex technical topics to business audiences clearly.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years of overall IT experience, with 4+ years in Power Platform architecture.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages.
• Solid understanding of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Key Vault).
• Hands-on experience with ALM, Git, DevOps pipelines, and solution management.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, relational structures, and Dataverse architecture.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise solutions with complex integrations.
• Strong communication, documentation, and consulting skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 (CE / CRM).
• Knowledge of Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio.
• Understanding of RPA (Power Automate Desktop).
• Certifications:
• PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect – preferred)
• PL-400, PL-300, PL-500 (optional but beneficial)

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
