OCI | Senior Consultant | Scope of Work & Required Skills • 4 – 13 years of overall IT experience with 3+ years of hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud • OCI Architecture & Administration o Architect and manage OCI infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, and identity services across availability and fault domains o Provision and manage compartments, virtual cloud networks (VCNs), subnets, internet gateways (IGW), network gateways (NGW), and service gateways (SGW) o Configure and maintain Network Security Groups (NSGs), security lists, and public load balancers • Monitoring & Optimization o Monitor usage of OCI services, manage auto-scaling configurations, and track Universal Credits consumption, including message packs o Optimize cost and performance through resource planning and usage analytics o Security & Identity Management • Implement and manage IAM policies, user and group management, and fine-grained access control o Configure auditing, alerting, and logging to monitor the OCI environment and ensure compliance o Regularly perform security reviews, patch management, and vulnerability mitigation • Disaster Recovery & Backup o Design and manage backup strategies, disaster recovery (DR) plans, and cross-region replication for high availability and data protection • Automation & Scripting o Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting tools o Maintain version-controlled infrastructure automation scripts for repeatable deployments • Maintenance & Support o Handle patching, system upgrades, and release management for OCI infrastructure components o Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in collaboration with application and security teams Your role as a leader At Deloitte India, we believe in the importance of leadership at all levels.
