Job Description:   We are looking for a skilled and motivated SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) with expertise in UI automation using Selenium and Java , API automation using RestAssured, SQL/Oracle/Mongo DB to join our team. As an SDET, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our software applications. You will collaborate closely with the development team to identify and resolve defects, as well as participate in the overall software development process.

Responsibilities:

·      Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and create comprehensive test plans and strategies.

·      Implement and execute test cases, ensuring proper coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.

·      Analyze and report test results, track defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.

·      Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices for test automation.

·      Continuously improve test scripts, frameworks, and tools for better efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.

·      Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to establish and enforce testing standards and processes.

·      Contribute to the development and maintenance of test data, test environments, and test infrastructure.

·      Identify and implement opportunities for test automation and process improvement.

·      Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in test automation and quality assurance.

SKILL Set

Must Have :

·      Proven work experience as an SDET, Automation Engineer, or similar role.

·      Extensive experience in UI Automation using Java , Selenium

·      Extensive experience in API Automation using RestAssured or similar

·      Strong experience in RESTful APIs and web services.

·      

·      Strong experience in SQL/Oracle/Mongo DB.  

·      Strong experience in handling DML/DDL operations, Complex queries using Joins, Stored Procedures

·      Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

·      Experience with test frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit or similar.

·      Proficiency in working with build tools and version control systems, such as Maven and Git.
