Job Title:  Senior Consultant | OCRP - Fusion & Retail Tech, OIA, VBCS, OTBI, Groovy | Bengaluru | Oracle

Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Order Management and Subscription Management modules. Drive efficient order-to-cash and subscription lifecycle processes to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Order Management and Subscription Management modules.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.

Design and optimize order management workflows, order orchestration, fulfillment, and billing processes.

Configure subscription management capabilities including subscription plans, billing cycles, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.

Support integration between Oracle Fusion modules and third-party systems (CRM, billing systems, payment gateways).

Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to users.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order processing and subscription lifecycle.

Stay updated with Oracle Fusion updates, new features, and best practices.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing and subscription management.

Participate in testing activities including unit testing, UAT, and regression testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience (6+ years) in Oracle Fusion Order Management and Subscription Management implementation/support.

Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash process and subscription billing lifecycle.

Understanding of Product Information Management and Pricing Administrator within Oracle Fusion Cloud

Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications architecture and modules.

Ability to configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management and Subscription Management.

Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and reporting tools is a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Oracle Fusion certifications in relevant areas are preferred.
