Your work profile
· Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
· Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis with business users.
· Configure and support PeopleSoft FSCM modules based on business requirements.
· Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), business process flows, test scenarios, and user training materials.
· Collaborate with technical teams to develop and test customizations, interfaces, reports, and integrations.
· Support end-to-end implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and production support projects.
· Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
· Provide functional guidance on best practices and delivered PeopleSoft functionality.
Key skills required
· 8+ years of expertise in implementing, supporting, enhancing, and optimizing PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge across multiple FSCM modules and have experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support end-to-end project delivery.
· Demonstrated experience leading requirements elicitation and specification for complex functional areas.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Strong collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.
· Exposure to testing lifecycle and UAT execution preferred.
· Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools (Jira, Confluence).
