Your work profile

•  Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
• ·      Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis with business users.
• ·      Configure and support PeopleSoft FSCM modules based on business requirements.
• ·      Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), business process flows, test scenarios, and user training materials.
• ·      Collaborate with technical teams to develop and test customizations, interfaces, reports, and integrations.
• ·      Support end-to-end implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and production support projects.
• ·      Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• ·      Provide functional guidance on best practices and delivered PeopleSoft functionality.

• Understanding & experience of the setup of security, user groups & provisioning
