Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related Oracle Cloud services.

Develop, test, and deploy integrations, orchestrations, and process automation flows across cloud and on-premise applications.

Build and configure adapters, APIs, and custom connectors to facilitate system-to-system communication.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and debugging of integration solutions.

Develop complex mappings, transformations, and routing logic using OIC tools.

Ensure best practices for security, governance, and compliance in integration development.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the team.

Maintain documentation of integration architecture, design, and workflows.

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.

Stay updated with new OIC features, industry trends, and cloud integration best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience in middleware and integration development, with at least 3+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Strong expertise in OIC components: Integrations, Orchestrations, Adapters, Process Automation, and API management.

Experience with SOAP/REST web services, JSON, XML, XSLT, and related integration technologies.

Skilled in data mapping, transformation, and error handling in OIC.

Proficient in scripting languages such as Groovy, JavaScript, or Java for custom logic development.

Solid understanding of cloud architecture, SaaS platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud Applications, Salesforce), and on-premise integration patterns.

Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments.

Familiarity with security standards (OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS) and compliance requirements.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Oracle Integration Cloud certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other Oracle Cloud services such as Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle API Gateway, or Oracle Autonomous Database.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in SCRUM teams.

Experience with monitoring and managing integration solutions in production environments.
