Your work profile

The OneStream Senior Consultant leads solution design and implementation activities, partnering closely with

business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality OneStream CPM solutions. This role requires

strong functional expertise, advanced technical skills, and client-facing leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OneStream implementations across consolidation, planning, and reporting
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable OneStream solution designs
• Design and develop advanced business rules, workflows, and security models
• Build and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytic views
• Lead data integration design, development, and validation
• Review junior consultants’ deliverables and provide technical guidance
• Support UAT, deployment, post-go-live stabilization, and enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Information Systems
• 2–9 years of CPM/EPM consulting or implementation experience

- Strong hands-on OneStream implementation experience (certification preferred)

• Deep understanding of financial close, consolidation, and FP&A processes
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
