Your work profile

As a Senior Consultant in our Emerging ET&P Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

• Should have worked on or have in-depth knowledge on Financial Planning and Analysis activities
• Should be able to design, build, configure and deploy applications based on CPM business requirements and processes
• Should be able to understand the client requirements and convert the same into technical solutions
• Should have experience working with Onestream solutions and implementations
• End-to-end experience required in Onestream developments - Building dimensions, metadata, Dashboards, Workflows, CubeViews, Reports
• Should possess applying knowledge of VB.Net in building and implementing Financial solutions using Onestream
• Required Good communication and listening skills with positive attitude towards learning and challenges
• Should have data analysis and presentation skills

Education Qualifications – 3 to 5 years of experience with VB.Net and SQL and a minimum of 2+ year of experience implementing ERP, EPM and Financial Close and Consolidation solutions

Job Overview

• Should be able to design, build, configure and deploy applications based on CPM business requirements and processes
• Should be able to understand the client requirements, redesign business processes, applications and system designs
• Hands on experience with OneStream XF, SAP BPC, Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management solutions and implementations
• Should have good understanding of ERP, EPM systems and processes including Account Reconciliation, GL, Financial Planning and Budgeting, Consolidation
• Should have ability to evaluate out of box functionalities and utilize them to build enhanced solutions

Technology & Transformation - ET&P: OneStream

• Required excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate ideas and solutions to customers, team members and partners
• Should possess an ability to lead and work within and outside team to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables

Skills Required

• Qualifications:

• Finance Background recommended, MBA / PG / CA/ CFA
• Overall 4 to 6 years of experience with ERP and EPM solutions and a minimum of 2+ year of experience working in OneStream
  • Experience Between 6 – 8 years of relevant experience across consulting and/or industry roles, post qualification would be preferred
  • Prior experience managing end to end client engagements and programs
  • Prior experience in managing teams

  • Skills and Competencies Ability to challenge the status quo, deliver compelling and well-structured arguments for change and transformation
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products such as PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word etc.
  • Willingness to travel - This role required travel depending on project requirements
  • Develop high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional client service; maximize results and drive high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders.
