Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Middleware (FMW) Administrator to manage, support, and optimize Oracle Fusion Middleware platforms including ODI and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) deployed on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The role involves administration, monitoring, performance tuning, issue resolution, and ensuring high availability, security, and operational stability across environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Oracle Fusion Middleware components including WebLogic, ODI, and OAS
• Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and cloning of ODI and OAS environments
• Manage middleware deployments on OCI, including compute, storage, networking, and load balancers
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance; proactively identify and resolve issues
• Handle production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
• Perform backup, recovery, DR planning, and HA setup for middleware components
• Manage WebLogic domains, clusters, managed servers, data sources, JMS, and security realms
• Support ODI repositories, agents, schedules, and integrations with source/target systems
• Administer OAS including dashboards, reports, security, and performance tuning
• Implement security best practices (SSL, certificates, users, roles, identity integration)
• Coordinate with DBAs, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams for end‑to‑end support
• Automate routine administration tasks using scripts (WLST, shell, or similar)
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and compliance artifacts

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–12 years of hands‑on experience as an Oracle Middleware / FMW Administrator
• Strong experience with:
• Oracle WebLogic Server
• Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)
• Practical experience deploying and managing middleware on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix system administration
• Experience with middleware monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of networking concepts, load balancers, firewalls, and SSL
• Familiarity with automation and scripting (WLST, shell, Python preferred)
• Ability to support mission‑critical production environments
• Eduaction -Any UG

Nice to Have

• OCI certifications (Foundations / Architect / DevOps)
• Experience with SOA Suite, OBIEE migration to OAS
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• ITIL or production support experience in large enterprises
