 Your Work Profile

Migration Leadership 

• Lead end-to-end migration of applications from PCF to KOB. 
• Assess existing application architecture and define migration approaches. 
• Identify application dependencies, risks, and migration challenges. 
• Develop migration plans and execution strategies. 
• Support migration wave planning and prioritization. 

Technical Design & Architecture 

• Review application architecture and deployment models. 
• Define target-state architecture for cloud-native deployments. 
• Ensure applications are optimized for Kubernetes environments. 
• Recommend modernization and containerization strategies. 
• Collaborate with Cloud Architects and Platform Teams on deployment standards. 

Application Development Support 

• Guide development teams during code remediation activities. 
• Support Java, .NET, API, and UI application migrations. 
• Resolve technical roadblocks and deployment issues. 
• Ensure coding and deployment best practices are followed. 

Kubernetes & DevOps 

• Work closely with DevOps teams on containerization and onboarding. 
• Support Kubernetes deployments and troubleshooting. 
• Review CI/CD pipeline implementations. 
• Ensure compliance with deployment and security standards. 

Testing & Validation 

• Coordinate migration testing activities. 
• Support functional, integration, performance, and regression testing. 
• Validate application readiness before production deployment. 
• Ensure successful post-migration verification. 

Stakeholder Management 

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned applications. 
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, application owners, and platform teams. 
• Provide regular status updates and technical progress reports. 
• Participate in governance, design review, and migration planning sessions.

Required Experience 

• 8–12 years of IT experience. 
• 3+ years in a Technical Lead role. 
• Experience in cloud migration or application modernization initiatives. 
• Strong experience with Java-based enterprise applications. 
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments. 

Preferred Skills 

• Experience with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry). 
• Experience migrating applications to Kubernetes platforms. 
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices. 
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale transformation programs. 
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, or Splunk.

Role Objective: Lead application teams through the successful migration of enterprise workloads from PCF to KOB while ensuring application stability, deployment efficiency, and adherence to project timelines.
