Minimum 5+ years of experience and certification in Oracle Cloud HCM modules - Core HR, Absence & OTLMust have experience of 4 or more life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution designA strong understanding of best practices across different HR business processes, cross-pillar dependencies, and related application functionalities.Must have experience working on all phases of the project – client demos/ workshops, Requirement gathering, analysis/ design, configuration, conducting CRPs, validate, transition, testing & UAT, cut over, go-live and support.Good communication skills and prior experience on client facing roles.Committed to meet Project Deadlines and deliver Quality outcomesMust have good implementation experience in Absence module - Absence Types/Absence Plan/Absence Accrual Logics/Absence Validations & Restrictions/Absence Approval WorkflowsMust have good implementation experience in OTL module - Timecard/Timecard Layout/Timecard Processing Profile/Timecard Approval WorkflowsMust have experience in Page Personalization and customization. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience and expertise on working with the client on defining various Complex Fast Formulas for Absence & OTLStay up to date with Oracle Core HR updates and enhancements, assess their impact on existing processes, and recommend and implement system improvements.Provide end-user support and training to HR teams, managers, and employees to maximize their understanding and utilization of the Oracle HCM Cloud system.
