Job Sumary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Oracle Fusion Order to cas Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work on the implementation, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of procurement processes using Oracle Fusion Order to Cash. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, analyze procurement requirements, configure relevant modules, support integrations, and help drive procurement process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • End-to-End Solution Design: Lead the design and configuration of O2C processes, including Order Management (OM)Accounts Receivable (AR)Advanced Collections, and Revenue Management (RMCS).
  • Business Process Optimization: Conduct workshops with stakeholders to map business requirements into Oracle Cloud functionalities and provide expert guidance on best practices for financial transformation.
  • Module Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration of core modules such as AR, GL, Cash Management, and RMCS to ensure alignment with business and accounting principles.
  • Integration & Customization: Direct the design of complex integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems like Salesforce, CPQ, and Subscription Management.
  • Implementation Lifecycle: Manage key project events, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)System Integration Testing (SIT), data migration from legacy systems (using FBDI), and post-go-live "hyper-care" support.
  • Team Leadership: Act as a functional track lead, mentoring junior consultants and managing stakeholder expectations in high-pressure situations. 
  • Work with business users to identify process improvement opportunities and ensure system configurations meet evolving business needs.
  • Reporting & Analytics (optional / as needed)
  • Assist in developing basic reports/dashboards using Oracle reporting tools (e.g. OTBI, BI Publisher) to support procurement analytics and decision-making

 



 

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

  • Experience: Typically 5 to 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience, with at least 3 to 5 years specifically in Oracle Cloud O2C implementations.
  • Functional Expertise: Deep understanding of credit management, billing, receivables, revenue recognition, and accounting principles.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Oracle reporting and data tools, including OTBIBI Publisher, and FBDI/ADFdi for data conversion.
  • Certifications: Oracle Financials Cloud (AR, GL, or CM) or SCM Cloud (Order Management) certifications are highly preferred
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using tools like FBDIADFdiOTBI, and basic SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Methodology: Familiarity with implementation methodologies such as Oracle Unified Method (OUM) and Agile frameworks.
  • Certifications: Oracle Procurement Cloud Certification is highly preferred

 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Must Have Skills / Project Experience:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Finance TransformationProcess Design, and Documentation Standardization.
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes across PTP, OTC, RTR, and Business Control.
  • Hands-on experience in creating SOPs, DTPs, TOM frameworks, and governance models.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and documentation standards.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, workshops, and change management.
