Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer service requests / incidents promptly after assignment by the support desk coordinator.
  • Address frequently asked questions by responding directly through incidents / service requests or supplying reference materials.
  • Demonstrate solutions to customer queries via Teams or other online screen-sharing tools.
  • Escalate complex service requests to SAP support as needed
  • Identify chargeable activities with appropriate follow-up internally/externally, including providing effort estimates and handling change requests upon customer confirmation.

  • SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition
  • Experience : 2 – 6 Years exp
  • Configuration & Testing: Strong ability to design, configure, and test core functional modules.
  • Communication: High-level verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Documentation: Proficiency in documenting incidents, test scripts, and related documentation.
  • Consulting & Support: Experience in remote consulting support for customers, delivering within defined SLAs.
  • Solution-Oriented: Ability to propose logical solutions tailored for both SAP-knowledgeable and non-technical users.
  • Business Process Understanding: Strong analytical skills to understand and map client business requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Proven track record in full project lifecycle management and related development activities.
  • Adaptability: Quick learner with a demonstrated ability to grasp new technologies and methodologies.
  • Technical & Functional Support: Hands-on approach with a willingness to work on new SAP processes.
  • Troubleshooting & Analysis: Strong investigation, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Ability to map client business processes and objectives.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and present solutions to clients and teams.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service handling and functional support roles.
