Job Title: Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Developer / Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Pega CDH professionals to design and implement real-time, personalized customer engagement solutions using the Pega Customer Decision Hub. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building omni-channel decision strategies, Next-Best-Action (NBA) logic, AI/ML-based adaptive models, and integrating with external channels to drive intelligent customer journeys.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement decisioning strategies using Pega CDH, including NBA and outbound campaigns.
  • Build and optimize decision components like Engagement Policies, Arbitration, and AI Scoring.
  • Configure Customer Profiles, Interaction History, Treatments, Channels, and Actions.
  • Design and manage adaptive models, predictive models, and propensity scores.
  • Collaborate with business teams to define 1:1 customer engagement use cases.
  • Integrate Pega CDH with CRM, web, mobile, call center, email, and other channels.
  • Participate in release planning, story grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Monitor and fine-tune performance of real-time decisioning solutions.
  • Support CDH upgrades, environment setup, and AI Model Management.
  • Ensure adherence to Pega best practices and guardrails.


Required Skills:

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Pega, including at least 2+ years in Pega CDH.
  • Strong understanding of NBA Designer, Engagement Policies, Channels, Adaptive Decisioning, and Predictive Models.
  • Experience in implementing 1:1 Customer Engagement using Pega CDH.
  • Familiarity with Customer Profile Designer, Interaction History, and Proposition Management.
  • Hands-on with Pega Decision Strategies, AI models, and Data Flows.
  • Ability to design and configure real-time and batch decisioning.
  • Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for channel integration.


Preferred Skills:

  • Certification: Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) or above.
  • Experience with CDH on Pega Cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
  • Exposure to Web Channel Integration, Next-Best-Action Advisor, or NBA Designer for Sales/Service.
  • Familiarity with Pega’s Adaptive Model Management, Ethical AI, and Bias Testing.
  • Knowledge of marketing operations, segmentation, and campaign management is a plus.
