A strong candidate with required skillset for the project.

•The role  requires an experienced senior resource to lead and govern country-level migrations from IWPB to CIB (40+ countries) end to end, delivered in phases.There are a number of shared resources currently supporting both IWPB and CIB activities,and this needs to be disentangled and re-aligned.

 There are also known exceptions, which we can review and manage on a case-by-case basis.Individual must be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders in-country, closely monitoring progress across all workstreams, and maintaining oversight ofoperational readiness throughout the migration phase.

 strong knowledge of cards processes / functions (preferably commercial cards) and systems to ensure nothing falls through the cracks—particularly to identify exception management / non-standard scenarios—and to ensure controls and governance requirements are understood and met.Resource should be able to drive a phased migration approach, capture decisions and actions, and document current-state procedures by creating/formulating SOPs at L5/L6 level.Responsible for tracking each phase of the migration for every country in scope - ensuring risks, dependencies, and issues are actively managed.

The person is expected to initiate process improvements as countries migrate, bringing efficiencies through Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.From next year, the program is expected to ramp up significantly in Q1, Q2, with multiple countries migrating in parallel & some functions could migrate together completely(all countries).

1-List all the deliverables from our regulatory obligations, classify them by type of activity.
2-Assess what is first line and what is second line of defense work in alignment with our risk framework 
3-estalish the RACI for each activity, including the coordination role and estimate the resources ( capacity and capability) required for these tasks.
4-prepare proposal for HBCE OpCo and Group functional line approval
5-update 2027 FRP in accordance with the result of Step 3
6- Align with DMA CSRD SM
