Your work profile
- As a Management Consultant, you will collaborate with clients, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to identify strategic opportunities, solve business problems, and deliver transformation programs.
Key skills required:
- 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Consulting, or related domains
- Experience in business transformation, process improvement, or organizational change initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in stakeholder management and client engagement
- Knowledge of strategic planning, operating model design, and business process optimization
Experience:
- 3-9 years
Languages:
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Proficiency in business presentation and documentation tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Technologies:
- Expertise in business analysis and process mapping methodologies
- Experience with project management and transformation delivery frameworks
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools preferred
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools is an advantage
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
