Your work profile

We are seeking an experienced PMO professional with 6+ years of experience in supporting and driving governance for Cloud Operate, Managed Services, and IT transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Governance & Delivery Support

- Establish governance frameworks, program standards, and reporting formats.

- Support Delivery Leads, SDMs, and Cloud Ops teams with structured governance.

- Coordinate steering committee meetings and executive reporting cycles.

- Track milestones, dependencies, and actions across workstreams.

2. Project Planning & PMO Operations

- Maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocations.

- Support delivery forecasts, weekly status updates, and dashboards.

- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies.

3. Risk, Issue & Change Management

- Own and maintain RAID logs.

- Identify and mitigate risks.

- Track escalations and scope changes.

4. Financial Governance & Reporting

- Support budget tracking and forecasting.

- Manage invoicing support and financial cycles.

- Track resource utilization.

5. Compliance, Audit & Documentation

- Maintain governance and audit documentation.

- Support audits and compliance reviews.

- Manage document repositories.

6. Stakeholder Management

- Prepare executive summaries and dashboards.

- Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders.

7. Performance Metrics & Analytics

- Track KPIs and SLA adherence.

- Build leadership dashboards.

8. Continuous Improvement

- Propose PMO process improvements.

- Drive automation and governance accelerators.

Key skills required:

- 8+ years PMO/project governance.

- Experience in Cloud Operate/Managed Services.

- Knowledge of ITIL and cloud operations.

- Proficiency with PMO tools (Excel, PPT, MS Project, Jira, etc.).
