Your work profile

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both manual and automation testing, a deep understanding of software development and QA methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key skills required

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-to-end testing.

• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, DevOps, and Business Analysts throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities.
• Ensure software quality through risk analysis, test coverage, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Execute performance, security, and compatibility testing when required.
• Analyze test results, generate quality metrics, and provide release recommendations.

• Investigation of defects, impact analysis, Functional testing, deployment/production support, and closure.
• Understand production incidents.

• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote QA best practices across the team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field BSC(Computer),BE,ME,etc.
• 5–8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong experience in manual and automation testing.
