Job Description

 We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations & Workforce Administration Analyst to support day-to-day HR processes in our Shared Services model. The role will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle transactions, maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality HR services to employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

·        Support execution of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, employee data management, transfers, promotions, separations, and exit formalities.

·        Prepare and issue employment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other HR documents.

·        Ensure accurate processing of new hire documentation and exit clearances.

·        Meticulous in maintaining data integrity and optimizing system performance.

·        Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

 

Workforce Administration

·        Maintain employee master data in HRIS/HRMS systems

·        Process changes such as job, pay, personal details, reporting lines in the system.

·        Ensure accuracy in headcount reporting, organizational charts, and workforce analytics.

·        Support HR in workforce planning activities with updated employee data and reports.

 

HR Operations & Compliance

·        Handle employee queries via ticketing system, email, or helpdesk ensuring SLA adherence.

·        Support statutory requirements like PF, gratuity, compliance audits, and record management.

·        Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure error-free data handover.

 

Reporting & Analytics

·        Generate regular reports and dashboards on headcount, attrition, joiners, leavers, and transfers.

·        Support workforce analytics for HRBP and leadership teams.

·        Maintain error-free records for audit and compliance purposes.

·        Escalation Management

 

Process Improvement

  • Identify recurring issues and suggest opportunities for automation and process simplification.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen) within HR Shared Services.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.

·        Minimum 9 - 12 years of performing HR Operations in preferably in a shared services / global capability Center (GCC) environment.

·        Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Hands-on experience with HRIS (DarwinBox).

·        Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment

·        Exposure to HR Operations in a shared services model
