Your work profile

• RPA Support Lead – Power Automate (24x7 Operations)
• Lead the 24x7 support and operations of Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) automations, ensuring high bot availability, SLA adherence, and timely incident resolution.
• Manage L1/L2 support activities, perform root cause analysis, coordinate with business and technical stakeholders, and drive continuous service improvements.
• Monitor bot executions, troubleshoot failures, oversee deployments, credential management, and ensure platform stability across production environments.
• Lead a support team working in rotational shifts, manage incident escalations, mentor team members, and ensure effective knowledge management and operational governance 

Key Skills Required

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, and RPA operations, with strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Education

• B.E/B.Tech from any reputed college
